Speak to your boss, headteacher or team leader and get permission to hold a Christmas Jumper Day at your workplace, school or organisation.
Decide how much you are going to ask people to donate – we suggest a £2 donation. Then get the date in everyone’s diaries! Download our FREE Christmas Jumper Day Poster Pack to help promote the day.

The date is 6th September 2026 we will be setting off at 9am from Queen Alexandra Hospital making the Journey to Southampton Hospital.
